Shipping FAQ

How many bottles can I order?

While we have no limit on the number you can order, larger orders will incur a higher freight cost, so please contact us direct for the best price for postage, packaging and insurance directly to your postcode. We will fit the bottles into the fewest number of boxes possible to keep delivery costs down.

What are the delivery charges?

Sadly, the cost of shipping is our most prohibitive factor and we’ve tried to make the delivery costs as reasonable as possible for our online customers. 

For a limited time, we are offering FREE DELIVERY for all orders of 3 or more bottles to anywhere in Australia.

What payment types do you accept?

Our online store accepts payments via PayPal.

We can also invoice you for payment by bank transfer (please ensure you include your email and phone details with your order). Or, contact Linda for details.

How long does delivery take?

Typically, orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days of your order, so delivery times will differ according to your location and the day the order was placed. Delivery is via Australia Post so please use the Australia Post Delivery Calculator to estimate delivery times to your location.

What if no one is home to accept the delivery?

Please leave clear delivery instructions when placing your order, such as “Leave by the back door” or “Open garage door and leave on workbench”.  If there isn’t anywhere safe to leave your order, the courier will leave a calling card to collect your parcel from your local Post Office.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Yes, we can deliver to any Australian PO Box address.  Please ensure that the person collecting your parcel is above the age of 18.

What if the delivery is damaged, or my order incorrect?

Customer service is our priority and we will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

If the items that arrive are not what you ordered, or have arrived damaged during shipment, please take a picture and contact us immediately. We will advise you on how best to proceed once the damage has been confirmed and assessed.
