Dilute some of Linda’s Chilli Relish with Lime & Ginger with a splash of soy or fish sauce to taste and a little water for a saucy-drizzly consistency.

Steam or pan-fry dumplings or gyoza, place in a warmed bowl and drizzle with sauce.
